As an Implementation Architect, you will work as a product specialist and/or Billtrust contractor. You will be an important customer for one of your team members working on problems and technologies related to the content of the product as well as your system is your system. The professional services department is familiar with Billtrust’s product experience, so is looking for resources to provide unique or complex support on the implementation side. Communicate with customers, sales staff, and project management staff to ensure customers understand what the new Funk product is encountering.

• Work with contractors and customers directly to determine the application process they want as well as configuration options for the implementation of new/modified products
• Collaborate closely with Project Management staff to write detailed documentation on performance requirements that anyone can review
• Questions/concerns about what customers want developers to use during design and development efforts
• Collaborate with other Billtrust groups as it relates to customer implementation and how to support required support
• Completion of essential tasks and tasks at the time they are assigned to perform the specified tasks of the planning process
• Ability to manage multiple tasks for different services and clients at any time
• Be prepared to learn and keep up-to-date on Billtrust products, capabilities, and innovative features
• Guides product implementation as needed
• Act as a source of contact for customers during the implementation process
• Determine the challenges to the technology or problem and pick up the problems that can get the right fit
